Troubleshooting

PROBLEM
The machine does not
turn on
The machine is not
filling with water
The machine is not
starting the washing-
rinsing cycle
The water of the
machine is not warming
(the warming indicator
is not going out and
staying continously on)
CAUSE
Connection interruption
The moulded plug or the wires are
damaged
The machine's door is open
There is no water supply to the
water input valve
The filter of the water input valve
is blocked
The on/off switch doesn't function
The machine's door is open
The filter of the water input valve
is blocked
Problems with the plumbing
The machine's door is open
The on/off switch has not been
activated
The start switch was pressed
momentarily
The thermofuse (boiler or tank) of
the machine has broken the circuit
of the heating
SOLUTION
Check the connection and
the safety fuse of the
cabling
Disconnect the machine
from the power supply
and contact your
authorized local dealer or
the manufacturer. The
machine must be repaired
by qualified personnel
Close the door in order to
activate the door switch
Check the plumbing
network of your facilities
Clean the valve's filter
Contact your authorized
local dealer or the
manufacturer
Close the door in order to
activate the door switch
Clean the valve's filter
Contact your water
provider or your plumber
Close the door in order to
activate the door switch
Press the button of the
on/off switch
Press the button of the
start switch continously in
order to start the washing-
rinsing cycle
Press the button of the
thermofuse (boiler or
tank) in order to reset it
