stored on the Exchange server itself.
If you want to see your sent
messages in the Sent folder , then
touch Menu key and touch on
Folders then touch on Sent folder
and select Refresh from the Menu
options.

Working with account
folders
Each account has Inbox, Outbox,
Sent, Drafts, Trash and Junk
folders. Depending on the features
your account service provider
supports, you may have additional
folders.

Adding and editing email
accounts
To add an email account:
1 Touch the Applications tab
and select Email.
2 Select MS Exchange or Other.
If an email account is already set
up, the wizard is not activated
automatically. In this case, you
need to touch the Menu key then
tap Add account.
To change account settings:
1 Open the Accounts screen.
2 Touch the Menu key > More and
then select Settings.
To delete an email account:
1 Open the Accounts screen.

Touch and hold the account you
want to delete.
3 Touch Remove account in the
menu that opens and touch
Remove in the dialogue box to
confirm.
