Selecting the group
display mode
For any menu mode, you can select the group
display by pulling the Shuttle switch.

You can view the remaining recordable time in the
built-in flash memory or a "Memory Stick Duo"
(not supplied). (The remaining recordable time is
displayed only when the music is stopped; you
cannot view during playback.)
When a "Memory Stick" is inserted in your
Network Walkman, you can view the remaining
recordable time in the "Memory Stick", and when
not, you can view that of the built-in flash
memory.

The remaining recordable time differs depending on the
recording bit rate (48 kbps/64 kbps). For details on the
recording bit rate, refer to "Selecting the bit rate" on page
39.

Press the MENU button.
The menu screen is displayed.

Rotate the Shuttle switch to select "REC
REMAIN >" and press the Play/Stop
button to confirm.
The remaining recordable time is displayed.
