STEP -29
Install each turo signal
using 6mm bolt, two plaiD washers
and fiuto
Hold turo signal wires
with fork upper case clamper, then
route into headlight case.
STEP -31
Install headlight socket
to head1ight assembly as shown.
STEP -32
lnstall headIight using
three screws.
25 Hex Bolts

STEP -35
Remove two 6 x 25
hex
bol ts and washers securing
brake caliper mount.
STEP -37
lnstall another fender
bracket to right fork legs and fender
braces to bolli fork legs using four
6 x 16 hex bolts.
Tighten alI
bolts securely.
STEP -36
Insert front
fender
between front fork legs from the
rear.
Install front fender bracket to left
fork leg using two 6 x 25 hex
bolts
and
washers removed
in
STEP-35
above through
caliper
mount.
