TROUBLESHOOTING

Symptom
Unpleasant odour
Inadequate cooling
Cooler turns ON and OFF
If your MagIQtouch Controller prompts you to call a service agent, please contact your local Dealer.
Cause
Odour from the new pads
Dry pads
Insufficient exhaust openings
for conditioned air
Excessive ambient humidity
Fault in the cooler
Action
• Use the 'Pad Flush' function in
the SETTINGS menu of your
MagIQtouch Controller to flush
pads.
• During initial running in period
drain tank periodically to allow
fresh water to flush pads.
Ensure the water supply is turned
on. Then check the water flow to
the pads.
Ensure sufficient exhaust openings.
On days during the summer when
the ambient humidity is high,
the cooler will not reduce the
temperature as much as on drier
days.
