TROUBLESHOOTING THE APPLIANCE

The system does not turn
on or does not respond to
the remote control.

CLEANING AND CARE

Disconnect the appliance from the
power source when cleaning.
Clean the unit with a soft, damp
cloth. Never use chemicals or harsh
abrasives.
Do not use any wax, polish sprays, or
abrasive cleaners on the speaker.
Keep this unit away from wet or damp
surroundings.

SOLOUTION
Make sure AC power plug is properly connected to the
mains outlet and it has power.
If this does not help, leave the unit unplugged and
seek advice from the manufacturer or qualified repair
technician.
Insert new batteries.
Aim remote directly towards the remote sensor.
Check whether the speaker is in standby or searching
mode.
Check whether there are other Bluetooth receivers
around your Bluetooth device. Turn them off to avoid any
disturbance. Attempt to pair again.
You can click "Forget this device" and then repair it again
if required. Search for "A50000" on the Bluetooth device
and pair it again.
Check whether the distance between the speaker and
your Bluetooth device is out of its working distance
(10m), or whether there are obstacles blocking the
communication between the speaker and the Bluetooth
device. Move the speaker or the Bluetooth device to get
the best reception.
Check the volume setting on both the speaker & your
Bluetooth device, and adjust the volume to a suitable
level.
Increase the volume.
Check if the volume is in MUTE mode, and then adjust the
volume level in desired level.
