Sicherheits- und Installationshinweise für Richter Pumpen 1 Sicherheits- und Installationshinweise für Richter Pumpen 1.1 Symbole in der Anleitung Folgende Symbole werden in dieser Anleitung verwendet: WARNUNG! Dieses Symbol kennzeichnet Inhalte und Anweisungen für die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung des Geräts in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen. -

Sicherheits- und Installationshinweise für Richter Pumpen 1.2 Gefahr Pumpen haben gefährliche, spannungsführende und rotierende Teile sowie möglicherweise heiße Oberflächen. Alle Arbeiten zum Transport, Anschluß, zur Inbetriebnahme und regelmäßige Instandhaltung sind von qualifiziertem, verantwortlichem Fachpersonal auszuführen (VDE 0105; IEC 364 beachten). Unsachgemäßes Verhalten kann schwere Personen- und Sachschäden verur- sachen. -

Sicherheits- und Installationshinweise für Richter Pumpen WARNUNG! Geräte, die in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen betrieben werden, müssen die Ex- Schutz-Bestimmungen erfüllen. Bitte beachten Sie auch die ATEX-Kennzeichnung der Pumpe. Für Pumpen nach Richtlinie 94/9/EG (ATEX) gilt: Die Pumpen sind für Umgebungstemperaturen von -20°C bis +40°C bemessen. -

Sicherheits- und Installationshinweise für Richter Pumpen Andere Möglichkeiten der Pumpenaufstellung sind: – 4-Punkt Aufstellung – 4-Punkt Aufstellung mit Grundplatte. HINWEIS! Sobald Zusatzinstallationen montiert werden, muss die Standfestigkeit bei fundament- loser Aufstellung des Gesamtaggregates überprüft werden. 1.5.3 Ausrichten von Pumpe – Kupplung – Motor Normbauweise WARNUNG! Motor lösen. – Aggregat spannungsfrei ausrichten und Verschraubung anziehen. – Unterlagen in unmittelbare Nähe der Verschraubung Fundament/Grundplatte anbringen. 1.5.5 Rohrleitungen Vor dem Einbau der Pumpe sowohl die Saugleitung bzw. Zulaufleitung als auch die Druckleitung reinigen. - Page 10 Sicherheits- und Installationshinweise für Richter Pumpen Die Geschwindigkeit in der Saugleitung sollte 2,0 m/s und in der Druckleitung 5,0 m/s nicht über- steigen. Bei der Bestimmung der Saugleitungs-Nennweite ist ferner der NPSH-Wert (Net Positive Suction Head) zu beachten. Der für die Pumpe erforderliche NPSHR-Wert ist im Datenblatt ange- geben.

Sicherheits- und Installationshinweise für Richter Pumpen 1.5.5.4 Zulaufleitung Zulaufleitungen sollen sich zum Behälter hin entlüften und sind ständig fallend zur Pumpe zu ver- legen. Liegen die Rohrleitungseinbauten waagerecht vor der Pumpe, kann ein Tiefpunkt davor angeordnet werden. Von hier aus wird die Leitung dann wieder steigend zur Pumpe verlegt, die sich hier bildenden Gasblasen können durch die Pumpe entweichen. -

Sicherheits- und Installationshinweise für Richter Pumpen Durch die Anwendung unterschiedlicher Drehzahlen, z.B. mittels Frequenzumrichter, können ver- schiedene Betriebsdaten ohne Änderung an der Pumpe erreicht werden. Im Aufstellungsplan ist die Pumpe mit Grundplatte und Motor dargestellt. Die Betriebsanleitung des Motorherstellers ist zu beachten. -

Dabei ist zu beachten, dass der verwendete Kupplungsschutz entweder aus funken- freiem Material besteht oder die in der EN 13463 geforderte Stoßprüfung ohne Beein- trächtigung erfüllt. Richter bietet beide Varianten an. HINWEIS! Der Betreiber muss sicherstellen, dass nach der Montage des Kupplungsschutzes die Anforderungen der Maschinenrichtlinie erfüllt werden. -

All operations serving transport, connection, commissioning and regular maintenance are to be carried out by qualified, responsible technical personnel. (Observe VDE 0105; IEC 364.) Improper conduct can cause severe personal injury and damage to property. -
