User Manual Crash-Detection Switch The Dip Coater is fitted with an inbuilt crash-detection switch. The crash-detection switch is housed within the connection between the mounting arm and stage (see Figure 3.1). During normal operation, the safety switch will remain in a constant ‘ON’ state, with the bar attached to the motor pressing against the switch.
