7. Replace the oil filter 6 and the "O" ring
7 with a new one.
Failure to use an oil filter with the correct
design can damage your motorcycle's
engine.
Be sure to use a genuine Suzuki oil filter
or an equivalent one designed for your
motorcycle.
Failure to insert the new oil filter cor-
rectly can damage the engine. No oil
flow will result if the oil filter is inserted
backwards.
Insert the open end of the new oil filter
into the engine.
