Description
Sensor error. Monitored are SSI and 4... 20 mA input
signals.
Attention: Inverted signal, an error exists if the bit is not
set.

Dynamic position monitoring. Message for being within the
preset window for following error in NC mode.
Static position monitoring. Message for reaching the target
