Within "Weekly Goals", you can set the target for each sport type for each day, or
select the recommended settings of the app.
Tap the free setting mode or the recommended mode to set the sport type target
for a one week period. The recommended exercise mode can be set to three
different levels of intensity: low, medium and high, as shown below.
Click "Details" in the top right to see the details for each exercise type. After
setting the target, enter the interface with a weekly report to display the Weekly
Exercise report.
