1.9 Tools and consumables Before starting work ensure that you have suitable tools and /or consumables available. 1.16 Returning products Customers and stockists are reminded that under EC Health, Safety and Environment Law, when returning products to Spirax Sarco they must provide information on any hazards and the precautions to be taken due to contamination residues or mechanical damage which may present a health, safety or environmental risk.

The sample cooler must be mounted vertically, using the pre-drilled top and bottom mounting brackets (see Figure 3). Allow sufficient space below the SSC20 for collection of the sample in a beaker or similar container. We recommend that a tundish piped to drain is located underneath this outlet.
4. Commissioning After installation or maintenance carry out tests to ensure that the system is fully functional. 5. Operation Warning:- To avoid the risk of scalding, it is essential that a full flow of cooling water is present before opening the sample inlet valve. Always close the sample inlet valve before turning off the cooling water.
