Data IC
Check between (#1 pin or #2 pin) and GND
Data Relay Board (Right)
#1 pin or #2 pin at CN12
（Vd Voltage Line of Data IC）
Check the resistance between (#1 pin or #2 pin) and GND with tester.
In case of shortage, it is caused by malfunction of data IC.
Check the surface of data IC after removing the heat sink and Take some pictures.
