Commissioning
Select the desired baud rate, the stop bits, the data bits and the parity here. You can also
set various handshake modes and protocols.
The RK512/3964 protocol can also be selected here. The individual parameters for this
protocol can be found in the tree structure configuration under:
Communication -> customer interface -> 3964 / RK 512 protocol
Attention!
If the MA 21 is operated in a network ("Leuze multiNet"), no changes may be made here.
The MA 21 automatically sets itself to the multiNet protocol!

Setting the client interface

Client interface
Prior to the initial commissioning of the client interface, this must be set to the parameters
of the external RS232 device.

Notice!
The client interface is the connection to the external RS 232 device (connection terminals
26 to 28). A hardware handshake via RTS / CTS is not supported at the client interface.
