Language/Recording timing/
Overnight Download settings
(Personal Preferences)
You can select the language for the on-
screen displays, set the recording timing to
prevent the programmes being cut off at the
start/end of the recording, or select whether
to download the GUIDE Plus+ data at night.

Plus+ System Settings (Setup)" on
page 43, select "Personal
Preferences," and press

Select an item using M/m, and press
. Then set each item.
"Language": Select a language for the
on-screen display using M/m, and press

"Recording Timing": Set the additional
recording time before/after the
scheduled recording start/end time using
M/m, and press
"Overnight Download": Select whether
to download the GUIDE Plus+ data at
night using M/m, and press
Resetting the GUIDE Plus+
system settings (Start
Installation Sequence)
To reset the GUIDE Plus+ system settings,
we recommend that you run "Easy Setup"
again in "Initial Setup" (page 97).You can
also reset country/region and postal code
using the following procedure.
