Connecting the USB data cable

For data exchange between the handset and PC:

Insert the USB cable with the micro-USB plug into the USB
socket on the top of the handset
Use Gigaset QuickSync to transfer data, e.g.
ringtones, directory entries or new firmware
from the PC to the handset (
Connect the handset directly to the PC and not via a USB hub.
Use a fully wired USB cable. Cables which are wired for charging only, for example,
cannot be used for transmitting data.
