THE CROWN HAS THREE DISTINCT POSITIONS: Position A, crown in manual-winding position. Position B, crown pulled out to fast date-adjustment position. Position C, crown pulled out to time-setting position, enabling adjustment of the hours and minutes.

These models have all successfully undergone water-resistance tests at equivalent to 300 metres for the Fifty Fathoms and to 1,000 metres for the 500 Fathoms. Blancpain recommends that you have the water resistance and the smooth running of your Fifty Fathoms regularly checked by your nearest authorised Blancpain After-Sales Service Centre. - Page 6 The quality of after-sales service is thus essential. Each watch that returns to our workshops therefore undergoes the same process of quality control and operational verification as that of a new watch. Due to the complexity of Blancpain movements, we advise that you deal exclusively with authorised Blancpain retailers.
