Choosing a Method to Attach a File Name to a Picture

When a picture is taken, a number from 00001-99999 is automatically attached as a file name to the
picture.
The following methods to attach a number are possible.
• Attach serial numbers on an individual card.
• Attach serial numbers consecutively, even if the card is changed.
Specifying a File Number Before Shooting

While pressing the mode lock (green), turn the
power/mode dial to CAM.
Press the MENU button.
The LCD monitor turns on, and the menu is
displayed.
Select "File No. Mem" using the
4(UP)/$(DOWN) buttons.
