Select (Make a recording) by pressing C/c, then
press OK.
The voice-over icons appear.

Select (Record) by pressing C/c, then press OK.
The recording starts. Input audio data using the
built-in microphone on this filing system. A time
indicator appears on the screen.
Stop
Recording stops when you press OK or when the
recording time reaches its limit.
