3) Loosen the steel wire for packing the front fork, and put the front fork
on the frame.
4) Taking out the front fork assembly set in the accessories box. The bolt
assembles the fork onto frame as the following order: the washer, ring,
upper bar on the fork, holder on the frame, ring, bellow bar on the fork,
and washer, at last tighten the locknut.
