T h e r e a r e two card punches available: 100 card p e r minute and 300 c a r d p e r minute.
100 CARD PER MINUTE PUNCH
Cards a r e punched in decimal (Hollerith), 10-row binary, o r 12-row binary modes.
Punching may occur simultaneously with central processor computation and operation of
other peripheral units.
Cards a r e punched in parallel, row by row, with all 80 columns of each row being punched
simultaneously.
Input and output bins each have a capacity of 800 cards.
Extensive e r r o r monitoring systems a s s u r e high accuracy of data transfer to cards.
