Warranty

A.
Caputron represents and warrants to the Purchaser that the Product (excluding accessories such
as batteries, electrodes, cables and the component parts thereof), will be free of defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year, the "Warranty Period" from the date of
purchase.
B.
Accessories, including, but not limited to, cables, batteries or electrodes assemblies are
excluded from this warranty since they are designed to be used over a short period of time
