2. Open the terminal program and open a connection to the corresponding COM port using
the default settings 19200, 8, N, 1, no flow control.
3. Keep the Enter key pressed down and connect the other end of the USB cable to the
transmitter. This will cause the transmitter to start in serial mode, using the default serial
settings.
You can now use the transmitter with the terminal program.
To prevent Modbus mode from being restored on the next power-up, select a different serial
mode with the smode command.
7.4 List of Serial Commands
All commands can be issued either in uppercase or lowercase. In the command examples, the
keyboard input by the user is in bold type.
The notation <cr> refers to pressing the carriage return (Enter) key on your computer
keyboard. Enter a <cr> to clear the command buffer before starting to enter commands.
