Turning Voice Operating Transmission
(VOX) Feature On or Off
This feature allows you to initiate a hands-free
voice activated call on a programmed channel.
Note: Turning this feature on or off is limited
to radios with this function enabled.
Press the programmed VOX button to toggle
the feature on or off.
CARE AND CLEANING
• Do not hold the radio by its antenna or
external microphone.
• Do not place the radio in a dusty environment.
• Clean with a lint-free cloth moistened with
clean water or a mild dishwashing liquid.
• Avoid exposing to corrosives, solvents or
spirits.
