Press ENTER (ENTER).
The display changes as follows.
The information selected in step 2 appears in A and B.
A — track number, track name
B — the information selected in step 2.

Appears only when "1 Remain" is selected and the track is labeled.

Appears only when "AllRemain" is selected while the recorder is in stop
mode, and the disc is labeled.

Protecting your hearing (AVLS)

The AVLS (Automatic Volume Limiter System) function keeps down
the maximum volume to protect your ears.

Press ENTER (EDIT for 2 seconds or more), press <MENU,
(flip the lever towards > or .) repeatedly until "AVLS"
flashes in the display, and then press ENTER (ENTER) again.

Press <MENU, (flip the lever towards > or .)
repeatedly until "AVLS ON" flashes in the display, and then
press ENTER (ENTER).
When you try to turn the volume too high, "AVLS" flashes in the
display. The volume is kept to a moderate level.
