auch dies automatisch zu erledigen. Die Schal-
tung nach Abb. 2b wird noch um jeweils einen
Abschnitt ergänzt.
Beispiel: Am rechten Endbahnhof bringen Sie
rechts von der Stoppstelle noch einen kurzen
Abschnitt an, den Sie wieder mit dem Gleisbe-
setztmelder rechts verbinden. Von der Strecke
aus gesehen folgen also Bremsstrecke, rechts
an Buchse 4, dann Stoppstelle, an Buchse 6 und
noch einmal ein Meldeabschnitt, den Sie einfach
mit der Bremsstrecke verbinden.
Für den linken Endbahnhof geschieht dies
spiegelbildlich. Dann kann bei geschlossenem
Schalter „rechts" ein Zug in die Pendelstrecke
einfahren.
Eine Änderung der Schalterstellung wird erst dann
wirksam und angezeigt, wenn die AC-Pendelzug-
steuerung weder bremst, wartet oder beschleu-
nigt. Die Reaktion der LEDs auf ein Umstellen des
Schalters kann also bis über eine Minute dauern.

8. Hinweise und Tipps

Die Pendelstrecke kann mehrere Endbahnhöfe je
Richtung haben. Die Endbahnhöfe werden ein-
fach parallel verdrahtet. Allerdings kann natürlich
immer nur ein Zug je Modul gesteuert werden.
Die Hauptstrecke muss länger sein als der längste
Zug. Wenn der Zug einen Bahnhof verlassen
hat, müssen die Belegtmelder mindestens zwei
Sekunden frei sein, bevor der Zug in den anderen
Bahnhof einfährt.

Example: Add a short sector to the right of the
stop point in the right hand terminus, which you
then connect to the occupancy detector on the
right. Viewed from the mainline comes first the
braking sector, wired to socket 4 for the right hand
terminus, then the occupancy detector sector,
wired to socket 6 and another occupancy detector
sector, which you simply wire to the braking
sector.
The same goes for the left hand station, but
of course mirrored. Then a train may enter the
shuttle service sector if the switch on the "right" is
closed.
Activating a switch will only have an effect when
the 5204 is not active (e.g. no train movement
within the sectors). Thus the response of the LED
indication may take up to one minute.

8. Hints and Tips

The shuttle service line may have several terminal
stations in each direction. The terminal stations
will simply be wired in parallel. Of course, only one
train may run on the line at any one time.
The mainline must be longer than the longest
train. The sectors for the occupancy detectors
must be "unoccupied" for at least two seconds
after a train has left a station and before it enters
the other station.
