Whole Poultry (Turkey, Chicken, Duck, etc.)
Ground or Pieces Poultry (Chicken Breast, etc.)

Step 1 - Connect controller to grill body.
Step 2 - Plug power cord into an outlet. Refer to "WARNINGS & IMPORTANT
SAFEGUARDS" section of this manual.
Step 3 - Turn control knob to desired setting.
Indicator light will turn off when set temperature is reached.
