3.2.3.4 PR Programming and Execution

PR#0: Homing before the system starts to operate.
PR#1: After the homing is completed, it goes to the middle point of bobbin and enables the
operator to install the bobbin and the tape. The position should be adjusted according to different
length of bobbin.
