Correct LENGTH or
START_ADDRESS at the call of
the FB.
The communication partner can't
process the received request
(e.g. doesn't support the
requested length).
The communication partner is in
a state, in which the received
request can't be processed.
Check the error message of the
communication partner and verify
the data with a telegram trace if
needed.
