C. Alternator 1 Drive Sheave
(1) Removal - Alternator Drive Sheave
(a) Remove alternator drive belt.
(b) Remove bolts and washers securing alternator drive sheave and backing plates to prop
flange.
(c) Remove alternator drive sheave and backing plates.
(2) Installation - Alternator Drive Sheave
Note:
(a) Install bolts and washers securing alternator drive sheave and backing plates to prop
flange.
(b) Install alternator drive belt.

(Refer to 24-30)
Exercise caution when securing the backing plates to the prop flange. The align-
ment holes in the backing plates must be aligned before securing the mounting
hardware.
