Caution

- If the wall socket used to power the device has poor connections, the plug of the device becomes
hot. Make sure you plug the device into a properly connected wall socket.
- Do not subject the device to heavy shocks.
- Always unplug the device after use and in case of a power failure.
- Place the device on a stable, level surface (Fig. 2). Keep at least 15 cm of free space around the
device to prevent overheating (Fig. 3).
- Do not cover the device with, for example, a cloth or a piece of clothing when it is switched on.
- Let the device cool down for approx. 15 minutes before you touch, clean or store it.
- If you have just been swimming or have just taken a shower, make sure you dry your skin properly
before you use this device.
- Never use the device when light bulb is damaged, broken or missing.

requirements of Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC.
This symbol indicates the manufacturer: Philips Consumer Lifestyle B.V, Tussendiepen 4,
9206 AD Drachten, The Netherlands.
This symbol indicates that this product shall not be disposed of with normal household
waste (2012/19/EU). See chapter 'Recycling'.
This symbol indicates the manufacturer's serial number to identify a specific device. The
first 8 digits of the serial number indicate the production date: digits 1-4 indicate the year,
digits 5-6 the month and digits 7-8 the day.
The symbol for the Green Dot ('Der Grüne Punkt' in German). The Green Dot is the license
symbol of a European network of industry-funded systems for recycling the packaging
materials of consumer goods.
This symbol indicates the relative humidity limits to which the device can be safely
exposed: 15% to 93%.
