Troubleshooting

What's the problem?
Mag turns off by itself.
Mag cannot be paired
with a device.
I hear noise.
The sound is broken.
I can't hear the voice or
music.
The LED does not
change colors
Recharge the headset. The battery is probably low.
You will hear a beep and the LED will blink in
orange three times.
Make sure that Mag is in pairing mode
(LED blinking in blue every 0.5 sec).
Check that you have entered the pin code correctly.
Default pin code is '0000' .
Check that the Bluetooth function on the device to
be paired is set to ON.
Make sure that the batteries on Mag and the
device to be paired are sufficient.
Make sure that Mag is not already connected to
another device.
Turn the device off and back on.
Change the location of the devices. (Radio
Frequency interferences and physical obstacles
such as thick walls may affect the wireless sound
transmission and cause noise and malfunction.)
Make sure that you are using Mag and the Bluetooth
devices within a 10m (30ft) range.
Adjust the volume using the +/- buttons.
There may be some time gap between the command
and the LED indication light. Give it some time or
press the button again.
