Section 9: Settings

Customize your phone with these popular
settings. Other settings are available:
From the Home screen, touch
Settings.

Display

Wallpaper
1. From the Home screen, touch
Settings
2. Select a screen, from Home screen, Lock
screen, or Home and Lock screens.
3. Choose a source:
• Gallery: Select a picture stored on your phone or
on an optional installed memory card. Touch a
picture to select it, then use the crop tool to
resize the picture, if desired. Touch Save to set
the picture as wallpaper.
• ID wallpapers: Choose a wallpaper from your
downloaded ID pack(s).
• Live wallpapers: Select a pre-loaded moving
wallpaper. Touch a wallpaper, then touch Set
wallpaper.
• Wallpapers: Select a pre-loaded wallpaper
image. Touch a wallpaper, then touch Set
wallpaper.

DRAFT - Internal Use Only
Brightness
Set the default screen brightness.
1. From the Home screen, touch
Settings
2. Touch and drag the slider to set the
brightness, or touch Automatic brightness
to allow the phone to adjust brightness in
response to light conditions.
3. Touch OK to save the setting.
Screen timeout
Control how long the screen remains on until
dimming, then turning off, after your last key
press or screen touch.

2. Touch a setting to select it.
Note: Long backlight times use more battery
power.
