Before using your pressure cooker: Warning: This cooker is designed to release steam automatically during the cook cycle, and at the end of the cook cycle a warning beep will sound before steam is released. Be careful not to put anything near the steam release valve at any time. - Page 10 “time adjust/ pressure adjust” button and rotate the knob to your preference.
