Menu functions
Selecting a day on the calendar
• Press [Left] or [Right] to move by day.
• Press [Up] or [Down] to move by week.
• Press [ / ] to move by month.
Entering a new item
1. Scroll to a date on the calendar.
2. Press <Menu> and select Add New.
3. Enter item details and press <Next>.
4. Enter the starting and ending time and date for the
item.
You can change between AM and PM in 12-
hour time format. Press [2] for A(AM) or [7]
for P(PM).
5. Select when an alarm alerts you to your item.
6. Press [OK] or <Save> to save the item.

Viewing an item
Square brackets on a calendar date indicate items
scheduled for that day:
1. Select a date on the calendar to display the items
for the day.
2. Select an item to view its details.
While viewing an item, press <Menu> to access the
following options:
• Edit: edit item information.
• Erase: erase the selected item.
• Add New: add a new item.
Using calednar options
On the calendar, press <Menu> to access the
following options:
• View: access the stored items for that date.
• Add New: add a new item.
• Erase All: erase all of the items.
• Jump to date: go to a specific date you entered.
