How do I register my Quatromed VBT product that I purchased from Braintronics? Nothing comes up on the app page besides several music tracks. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again, no change.
To register your Casada Quattromed VBT product in the app:
1. Download the "Braintronics" app from your app store (Android or iPhone).
2. Open the app and create an account.
3. After logging in, go to the media page.
4. Select a track and choose "Configure with chair."
5. Make sure the chair is plugged into the wall.
6. When prompted, select "Pair with device" to connect the chair.
