Your service provider programs one or
more emergency phone numbers (such as
112 or 911) that you can call under any
circumstances, even if the RUIM card is
not inserted. You can dial and call the
emergency number even when your phone
is locked, when you are prompted to enter
a code or password.
Note: Emergency numbers vary with
different countries. Your phone's
preprogrammed emergency number(s)
may not work in all locations, and
sometimes an emergency call cannot be
placed due to network, environmental, or
interference issues.
To call the emergency number at any time:
1 Press the keypad keys to dial the
emergency number.
2 Press
to call the emergency number.

international calls

If your phone service includes
international dialing, press and hold
to insert your local international access
code (indicated by +). Then, press the
keypad keys to dial the country code and
phone number.
