PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Follow Kohler suggested schedule for engine maintenance.
Daily Maintenance:
 Check hydraulic oil
 Inspect for hydraulic oil leaks
 Inspect for propane system leaks
 Service engine air cleaner
 Retorque wheel lug bolts
100 Hr Maintenance:
 Grease caster bearings
 Inspect all bolts and nuts and tighten as needed
400 Hr Maintenance:
 Change hydraulic oil with:
o Mobile DTE -15M
o Mobile 424 Tractor Oil
o Sunoco 2105
 Use approximately 8 gallons
 Change hydraulic oil filter
