SECTION I GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Hurricane is operated by a propane-powered engine, driving a tandem hydrostatic pump system, creating a (skid-steer) zero turn radius drive train. Surface covering and coatings are removed by lowering a weighted blade onto the surface and moving forward under a high torque drive system. The surface coating is removed by a flexible sharpened blade conforming to the floor surface, with the weight of the machine holding the blade firmly to the floor.
