I have a CC-02w/CC-02C Waterpik combo. The toothbrush no longer works. The Flosser does. Is there a fix for that?

If the toothbrush in the Waterpik CC-02 combo is not working but the flosser still works, check the following:

- Ensure the product is properly charged.
- Do not use if the cord or plug is damaged.
- Do not use if the product is not working properly, has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into liquid.

If the toothbrush still does not work, and the product has not been opened or disassembled (which voids the warranty), contact Waterpik service for assistance. There are no user-serviceable electrical components in the unit.
