You could lose control of your vehicle if you do
the following while driving:
adjust the driver's seat, head restraint,

steering wheel or mirrors
fasten the seat belt

There is a risk of an accident.

you are as far away from the driver's air bag

your thighs are gently supported
you can depress the pedals properly

your legs are not fully extended
