    Standardausführung ist Griff S mit Steuereinrichtung für max. 42V und 0,1 bis 1A. Diese Betriebsanleitung beschreibt nur die Schweißbrenner ALPHA FLUX. Das Schweißbrenner- System darf nur mit Original ABICOR BINZEL Ersatzteilen betrieben werden. Die ALPHA FLUX Schweißbrenner entsprechen der EN 60 974-7 und stellen kein Gerät mit eigener Funktionserfüllung dar.

    6 Inbetriebnahme ALPHA FLUX Zum Schweißen wird eine Drahtelektrode durch das Schweißbrenner-System gefördert. Der Lichtbogen und das Schmelzbad werden durch Gase geschützt, die durch die Verbrennung der im Fülldraht befindlichen Zusatzstoffe entstehen. Die Drahtelektrode ist ein abschmelzender Fülldraht, der durch die Stromdüse gefördert wird. Die Stromdüse überträgt den Schweißstrom auf die Drahtelektrode.

    The standard model is handle S with control device for a maximum of 42 V and 0.1 to 1A. These operating instructions only describe ALPHA FLUX welding torches. The welding torch system may only be operated with original ABICOR BINZEL spare parts. The ALPHA FLUX welding torches conform to EN 60 974-7 and are not considered devices having their own functions.
