INTRODUCTION
This section contains a list of replaceable electrical and mechanical parts
for the Model 7169, as well as a component
layout drawing and sche-
matic diagram of the card.
5.2
PARTS LISTS
Electrical parts are listed in order of circuit designation in Table 5-l. Ta-
ble 5-2 summarizes
miscellaneous
parts.
5.3
ORDERING INFORMATION
To place a parts order, or to obtain information concerning replacement
parts, contact your Keithley representative
or the factory (see the inside
front cover for addresses). When ordering parts, be sure to include the
following information:
1. Scanner card model number (7169)
2. Card serial number
3. Part description
4. Circuit description,
if applicable
5. Keithley part number

FACTORY SERVICE
If the scanner card is to be returned to Keithley Instruments
for repair,
perform the following:
