IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When installing or using this fixtures basic safety precautions must be
followed. Read all instructions before installing fixture. Always follow
applicable building codes when installing any light fixture. Due to product
variations and configurations, these instructions serve only as a general guide. Refer to
factory provided submittals for details.
• This fixture is intended for installation in accordance with the National Electric Code
and Local and State Codes and must be installed by a licensed electrical contractor.
• Do not install this fixture in damp locations.
• Do not install less than four (4) inches from the ceiling (not including ceiling mount).
• This fixture is for installation in non insulated ceilings only.
• To prevent electrical shock, turn off electricity at fuse box before installing the fixture.

Install the round wedge plate onto the J-Box with #8 screws, nuts and washers (by G.C.). The J-Box mounts to the structure and must be rated for J-Box 50lbs or more.

The three cleat boss assemblies must be mounted to the ceiling per submittal drawing cordinates. Pre-drill 5/8” holes in the ceiling at the mounting positions.
