To fix a squealing front wheel on an Electra Townie:

- Check if the front wheel is true by spinning it and observing for side-to-side wobble or contact with brake pads.
- If the wheel wobbles or rubs the brake pads, take the bike to a qualified shop for wheel truing.
- Ensure the brake pads are not overly worn and that the grooves are still visible.

To fix a wobbly bike seat:

- Check the seat post and saddle clamp for tightness.
- Use a torque wrench to tighten the seat post to at least 16 Nm and the saddle clamp to 200 kg-cm.
- If unsure, consult a bike shop to ensure proper torque and secure fit.
