Displaying Optical Disc Contents

AutoPlay is enabled by default on the notebook. When an optical
disc is inserted into a drive and AutoPlay is enabled, the contents
of the disc display on the screen automatically.
To display the contents of a disc when Autorun is not enabled:
1. Click Start > Run, then enter:
X:
where = the designation of the drive containing the disc.
X
2. Press
enter.

if the feature has been turned off, see your operating system

Locating Optical Disc Software

Software that plays and records CDs and DVDs might be
preloaded or preinstalled on the notebook or provided on an
installation CD. For more information, refer to the "Optical
Drive Software" chapter in the Software Guide on the
Documentation CD.
