    1. Sicherheitshinweise zum Betrieb des Gerätes Dieses Gerät erfüllt EU-Bestimmungen 2004/108/EG (elektromagnetische Kompatibilität) entsprechend der Festlegung im Nachtrag 2004/22/EG (CE-Zeichen). Verschmutzungsgrad 2. Zur Betriebssicherheit des Gerätes sind nachfolgend aufgeführte Sicherheitshinweise zum Betrieb des Gerätes zu beachten. Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung dieser Hinweise entstehen, sind von Ansprüchen jeglicher Art ausgeschlossen.

    4. Messbetrieb 1. Führen Sie das Mikrofon Ihres Schallpegelmessgerätes in die Kalibrieröffnung des PeakTech 8010. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Mikrofon vollständig in die Kalibrieröffnung eingesteckt ist. 2. Wählen Sie mit Hilfe des Wahlschalters (2) den benötigten Schallpegel aus; 94 oder 114 dB.

Auswechseln der Batterie Wird kein Schalldruckpegel ausgegeben, dann muss die Batterie ausgewechselt werden Dazu wie beschrieben vorgehen: Schraube der Batteriefachabdeckung auf der Rückseite lösen und Abdeckung vom Batteriefach entfernen, verbrauchte Batterie aus dem Batteriefach entfernen und vom Batteriekabel abziehen, neue 9 V Batterie an das Batteriekabel anschließen und Batterie in das Batteriefach einsetzen Batteriefachdeckel wieder auflegen und mit der Schraube...

  • Page 10 2. Introduction ® The sound level calibrator PeakTech 8010 meets the requirements of EN 60942: 2003 Class 2, which is used to check the accuracy of sound level meters. A defined sound level signal with a sound level of 94 dB (decibels) or 114 dB at a sound frequency of 1000Hz can be generated.

    4. Measurement Operation 1. Insert the microphone of your sound level meter in the calibration port of the PeakTech 8010. Make sure that the microphone is fully inserted into the calibration port. 2. Select the required sound level for testing (94 or 114dB).

    6. Replacing the battery If no sound pressure level output, then the battery needs to be replaced. For changing the battery please follow these steps: 1. Loosen the screw of the battery compartment cover on the back and remove the cover from the battery compartment, 2.
