REMOVING THE S
standard on all Golden C
1. Remove the key.
2. Make sure that the scooter brake is engaged.
3. (Optional) Loosen the arm width adjustment
knobs, and slide the arms off the scooter. This
will reduce the seat weight, if you are not able
to carry the seat with the armrests attached.
See figure 15.
4. Pull up on the seat rotate lever. See figure 15.
5. Remove the seat by grasping it on both
sides and lifting the seat straight up and
out of the seat post. See figure 15.
Note: The seat can be folded for compact storing.
on an outside lift, remove seat or make sure
the seat lock mechanism is locked. Failure to
do so could result in the seat coming loose
and becoming airborne. This situation could
cause problems for the traffic behind you
and possibly result in an injury.
REMOVING THE REAR S
1. Unscrew the two shroud thumb screws.
2. Pull up on the sides of the shroud.
3. Lift the shroud up and off the scooter.
See figure 16.

Velcro™ straps from around each battery.
