Java™ offers you the opportunity to
use numerous games and
applications on your mobile phone.
You can load these applications from
the Internet and install them on your
mobile phone. Once installed the
application can be started. Please
always observe the relevant
operating instructions.
Siemens, however, does not
guarantee that downloaded and
installed Java applications will work
perfectly on your mobile phone
(p. 71).

Message memory full
If the message icon flashes the SIM
memory is full. No more SMS
messages can be received. Delete or
file text messages (p. 50).
Menu speed dialling
All menu functions are numbered
internally. A function may be
selected directly by entering these
numbers in sequence.

Operating time
A full battery will deliver 60 to
300 hours of standby time or 100 to
360 minutes of talktime.
The operating time depends upon
the use:

Extreme temperatures considerably
reduce the phone's standby time.
Avoid placing the phone in the sun
or on a heater.
Outside your home network
If you are outside your home
network, your phone automatically
dials another GSM network (p. 87).
Own numbers
Enter "own" phone numbers in
Phonebook (e.g., fax) for
information. These numbers can be
changed, deleted and also sent as an
SMS message.
