    To put a call on hold If you are having a call conversation and there is another incoming call, select menu and select hold to put the first call on hold. To unhold the call, select hold again.     Receiving and Managing Messages When you send and receive messages to/from a contact, these messages are grouped as a message thread. A message thread looks like an exchanged conversation. To reply to a text message Enter the Main Menu, select Messaging. Select a message thread to open it.
